posted Dec 7, 2018, 9:35 AM by Kelly Johnston

Peggy Clements, K-2 Math Instructional Coach, and Jim Marshall, 3-5 Math Instructional Coach, were recipients of December's Spotlight Award for the incredible professional development opportunity that they made available to our K-5 teachers - a day-long workshop with Dr. Yeap Ban Har - one of the most accomplished trainers and speakers in the world on the subject of K-5 mathematics.  They even arranged for an evening workshop with Dr. Ban Har that was open to all staff and parents.

Thank you to Peggy and Jim for the remarkable time, effort and energy you put into making this workshop a reality for our Scarborough community!

Please check out this video that was shown at the December 6th School Board meeting where Peggy and Jim were formally recognized!
