There are a few options for members of the community to stay connected with School Board meetings.  Meetings can be viewed on two different platforms - either through YouTube or through Zoom In either mode, you will also be able to ask questions or participate in the Public Comment section of a School Board meeting.

If a member of the public would like to make a public comment while in Zoom, please include your name and address, and then type your comment in the “Q&A” section of the Zoom meeting, and a designated member will read your comment out loud for the record. Alternatively, members of the public can ask to be recognized in the Q&A section and they can make a video statement.  As a third option, if members of the public cannot join the Zoom meeting, they can email their public statements to and the statement will be read aloud during the comments period.

Thank you all for your patience as we continue to keep you informed during these very challenging times!
