Wentworth Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

On Saturday, October 18, 2014 with almost 600 people in attendance, retired Wentworth Principal, Anne-Mayre Dexter, cut the red ribbon announcing the official opening of the new Wentworth School. The ceremony highlights include presentations by Interim Wentworth Principal Kelli Crosby,Superintendent George Entwistle, Wentworth Building Committee Chair, Paul Koziell, and by Senator Susan Collins. There were also musical performances by the sixth grade band, led by Band Director Chris Fletcher, and a choral arrangement by the Wentworth Chorus, with Choral Arts Director Joy Drew. Following the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, many community members toured the new school with Wentworth student tour guides.
