Committee

Purpose

The Building Committee advises and makes recommendations to the Scarborough Board of Education and Town Council in an effort to address overcrowding and inadequate space in the K-8 grades. The Committee is authorized to recommend, create and supervise various subcommittees.

Charge

Using survey and expert data, the committee will advise and make recommendations to the Board of Education and Town Council to address overcrowding and inadequate space at Scarborough’s primary (K-2) and middle schools.
