The Department of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment provides overall management of district curriculum, instruction, staff development, and assessment practices.
The Scarborough Schools curriculum is based on both Maine and national standards. In doing so, we provide a strong and flexible curriculum that empowers each and every student to develop as a life-long learner preparing them for success within and beyond our schools.
