Gluten Free Menu

The gluten free menu has changed. The Scarborough School Nutrition Program has brought in enough gluten free products so that we now can provide gluten free meals that match the planned menu for the school. The only modifications that need to be made when looking at the schools menu are:

• Bread products will be corn tortillas, gluten free hamburger and frank rolls
• Gluten free pancakes instead of French toast or waffles
• Baked fish instead of breaded fish
• Grilled chicken instead of breaded chicken patty
• Gluten free chicken fingers which will be used instead of nuggets
