October Flu Prevention Clinics

Again this year, Scarborough Public Schools, in conjunction with Maine Health, will be offering flu prevention clinics at all of the schools in October.

There are two (2) forms that must be completed for your child to receive an influenza vaccination, a consent form and an insurance information form. Links are here: Consent Form and Insurance Form

Your child's school will be sending out more detailed information for families.

Here are the clinic dates for students at each school:

• High School: October 14, 2025 starting at 8:30am. Return forms by October 7th
• Middle School: October 15, 2025 starting at 8:30am. Return forms by October 8th
• Wentworth School: October 17, 2025 starting at 9:00am. Return forms by October 15th
• Blue Point School: October 14, 2025 starting at 11:30am. Return forms by October 7th
• Eight Corners School: October 15, 2025 starting at 11:30am. Return forms by October 8th
• Pleasant Hill School: October 17, 2024 starting at 10:00am. Return forms by October 15th CORRECTION  ON TIME
