Scarborough Public Schools now uses Incident IQ for its Help Desk ticketing and asset management system. Submitting a ticket with Incident IQ's "Ticket Wizard" is designed to be as quick and easy as possible, while at the same time providing school IT Staff with the necessary information to address the technology issues of teacher, staff, and students in a timely manner.

Please Note: If you are a student or staff member and have never logged into Incident IQ, you may need to log into your account prior to accessing the Help Guides or submitting a ticket.
